ASTM A312 TP321 Stainless Steel Bright Annealed Pipe

​​ASTM A312 TP321 seamless pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe specifically designed for high-temperature applications (such as furnaces). It is an austenitic alloy similar to 304 stainless steel, but with titanium content more than five times that of carbon, enhancing its corrosion resistance. It maintains excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion within the temperature range of 800-1500℃F (approximately 450-750℃).​

 

ASTM A312 TP321 seamless stainless steel pipes, produced using hot-extruded steel billets to form seamless pipes without joints or welds, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity in various environmental conditions. Typically, these pipes are annealed at a temperature of approximately 1605℃F (875℃) and then water-quenched. Surface finishes available include pickling and passivation, polishing, or rolling. Custom lengths, double random lengths, and single random lengths are available, with pipe ends in forms such as Plain End (PE), Beveled End (BE), and Threaded End (TE). All pipes come with Material Test Certificates (MTC) and full certification documentation, including third-party inspection reports (such as UT/RT/PMI).
